What the video needs
- The court in viewThe whole court, or the half in play.
- A steady cameraTripod, clamp or fixed camera. No heavy zoom.
- 720p or betterLandscape. 1080p is ideal.
- One file, up to 8 GBMP4, MOV and most other video files.
- Adults onlyEvery player filmed is 18+ and agreed to it.
Filming the next game?
- Get high: the top rows of the stand, or a tripod at head height or more.
- Landscape, both baskets in frame, no zoom. Do not follow the ball.
- Phone on a clamp or tripod, charged, in airplane mode.
- Start before tip-off, stop after the final buzzer.

Questions
How fast do I get my report?
Free games run as soon as a GPU is free. Your confirmation email says when to expect it.
Which sports do you analyse?
Basketball gets full stats. Football, futsal, handball, volleyball, rugby, hockey, netball and American football get the movement package (tracking video, heatmaps, highlights), free during the beta.
What video quality do I need?
720p or better in landscape, a steady camera and the whole court, or at least the half in play, in view. Every player filmed must be an adult (18+) who agreed to filming.
Who sees my video, and when is it deleted?
Only you and the Reelstat team. We never publish your game or clips without asking you. The original upload is deleted after 180 days, or sooner if you ask.
What if you cannot analyse my video?
If the court is not visible enough to make stats, we tell you. During the beta the game is free either way.
Do I need a code?
No. During the beta every game is free, up to 2 per email each month. A code from us still works on the upload form.
My game is on YouTube. Can I use it?
Yes, if it is your channel: in YouTube Studio open Content, then the ⋮ menu next to the video, then Download. Upload that file here. We do not take YouTube links.
Is it for the whole team or one player?
One upload covers the whole game: both teams and every jersey number. Each player finds their own stats and clips by their number.
Which languages?
The site, the emails and the report come in 16 languages. You get them in the language you order in.
Not basketball?
Other sports get the movement package: tracking video, heatmaps and highlights. Free during the beta.
