Hockey on a phone. AI tracking + heatmaps.
A tracking overlay video, both teams told apart by shirt colour, heatmaps, distance and sprint estimates, and the big moments cut for you.
Free during the beta. You choose the delivery speed when you order.
What you get back
This sport is in beta: we track movement, not sport stats yet. No goals, tries or points tables are promised.
AI tracking video
Your full game with every player boxed and followed, so you can rewatch the shape of your team.
Teams by shirt colour
Both teams told apart by their shirt colours, the way you describe them on the upload form.
Heatmaps
Where your team played and where each tracked player spent the game, on a drawing of the field.
Distance and sprints (estimate)
How far players ran and how many sprints they made, estimated from one phone. A guide, not a GPS vest.
Auto highlight moments
The busiest, fastest moments of the game cut as clips, ready to share.
How it works
Film from the side, high up
One phone, landscape, on a tripod or clamp, the whole field of play in frame. Press record before the start and leave it.
Upload here
Fill in the team details, pick your sport, tell us which shirts are yours and send the file. Big files are fine, up to 8 GB.
Delivered by email
Our AI tracks the game, a second AI double-checks the shooters’ numbers, and you get everything by email. You choose the delivery speed when you order.
Filming tips: Hockey
- Film from the side at the halfway line, as high as you can: a stand, a balcony or a 2 m+ tripod.
- Landscape on the widest lens (0.5x), both shooting circles in frame. No zoom.
- Phone on a tripod or fence clamp, 720p or better (1080p is ideal).
- Start before the push-back and keep all quarters in one recording.
Minimum 720p, steady, landscape. 1080p is ideal.

Questions
Do I get sport stats like goals or tries?
Not yet. Outside basketball the beta is a movement package: tracking video, teams by shirt colour, heatmaps, distance and sprint estimates and highlight moments. Sport stats come later, sport by sport.
Who is the beta for?
Adult teams: players, captains and coaches of adult clubs and leagues. Every player you film must be 18 or over and agree to being filmed.
How accurate are the distances?
They are estimates from one phone, good for comparing players and games, not for medical or contract decisions.
Who sees my video?
Only you and the Reelstat team. We never publish your game or clips without asking you first.
What if the video does not work?
If the field of play is not visible enough to track, we tell you what to change for the next game.
