Terms
The rules for using Reelstat and buying from us.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Who we are
Reelstat is a service of MY TASK MASTER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16878946), registered office Flat 93 March Court, Warwick Drive, London, SW15 6LD. These terms apply when you use the Reelstat website and apps, or buy from us. By creating an account or buying you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Reelstat.
Accounts and age
- You must be 13 or older to have an account. Children under 13 use Reelstat through a parent or guardian's account.
- If you are under 18, your account needs a parent or guardian's approval.
- Adult players confirm that they are 18 or older and agree to be filmed in their team's games.
- Give true information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Filming and consent
Reelstat is built to film games. The coach or club that films is responsible for being allowed to film there and for making sure players and parents know about the filming.
- Do not film where filming is not allowed, for example changing rooms.
- Parents and adult players decide whether their own filming and highlights are used. Without consent, a child gets no individual stats and no reel that is sold or shared.
- Players from the other team are shown as a team, without names or individual stats.
- Do not use Reelstat to bully, stalk or identify children, or to build profiles of them.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in your videos. You give us a licence to store, process, analyse, edit and show your videos and the stats and clips made from them, only as needed to run Reelstat for you and the people you share with. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies that remain in backups for up to 30 days.
You promise that you have the right to upload what you upload.
What Reelstat does, and its limits
Our software generates stats and clips automatically and our team checks each game. It can still make mistakes. Stats are for fun, coaching and highlights; they are not an official record of a match and we do not guarantee they are right. Tell us about a mistake and we will fix it where we can.
Buying
- Prices are shown in pounds or euros, depending on where you are, and include every fee you must pay. The total price is shown before you pay.
- Coaches and teams can pay for a game or take a monthly plan. Parents and adult players can buy a reel or a season for a player. Some offers include a free first game or a trial; the offer says which.
- By buying you ask us to start straight away. A game you pay for on its own (pay per game, an extra game or a faster speed) is analysed as soon as you have paid. If you are a consumer, you can cancel it within 14 days until its report is delivered, and you then pay for the work already done; because the analysis starts at once and runs automatically, there is in practice nothing left to refund once your game is under way. Checkout asks you to confirm this before you pay. Subscriptions and the trial have their own rules below.
- No refunds, except where the law requires it. If a result is wrong or a game fails, we first re-run it for free; if we cannot fix it, we refund that game (see the refunds page). Your legal rights stay the same.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also covered by their terms, and refunds go through them.
Monthly plans and the 7-day trial
- Monthly plans (for example Team Monthly and Club Monthly) are subscriptions. They renew automatically every month, and we charge the card you used at the monthly price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
- Each month includes the number of games shown for your plan. Unused games do not carry over to the next month. Extra games and faster delivery are charged at the member prices shown before you confirm.
- The 7-day trial costs the trial price shown at checkout and includes the games shown there. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, it becomes the monthly plan named at checkout and we charge the card you used. The trial price is credited against your first month, so the first charge is the monthly price minus the trial price. Checkout shows the exact amounts and the date of the first charge. One trial per person.
- We email you a confirmation with these terms after you subscribe, a reminder before your trial ends with the amount, the date and a link to cancel, and a receipt for every charge.
- If we change the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then and the new price never applies to you.
Cancelling a plan or the trial
- You can cancel at any time, in one step, on your plan page (the link is in every plan email and in your account), or by writing to support@reelstat.com. We confirm the cancellation by email.
- If you cancel during the trial, the trial ends at once and you are never charged for the monthly plan.
- If you cancel a monthly plan, it stops renewing. You keep the games of the month you have paid for until that month ends, and we do not charge you again.
- If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you start the trial or a new monthly plan to cancel and get back part of your first payment. To do this, cancel on your plan page or write to support@reelstat.com within those 14 days. Because you ask us to start straight away, a game counts as used once you upload it (its analysis starts at once and we deliver it even if you cancel), and we refund your first payment minus the share of the games uploaded (for example, 1 of 4 monthly games uploaded: we keep a quarter of the monthly price). This covers the first paid period only: the trial, and the first monthly charge if the trial turns into a plan within those 14 days. Monthly renewals are not refunded. The trial includes one game, so once you have uploaded it the trial price is not refunded, but you can still cancel before any monthly charge.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your cancellation. Apart from this and results we cannot fix (see Buying), we do not refund plans, renewals, unused games or games you have uploaded.
Clubs and the club share
A club that films can earn 30% of what families pay for its games' reels, worked out on the price without VAT and without app store fees. The club share is paid by bank transfer on a monthly statement through our payment provider, following the club data agreement and the club's own agreement with us. Refunded purchases are taken off the statement.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, upload other people's content without permission, share a child's reel with people the parent has not allowed, try to break or scrape the service, or use it to harm anyone. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
Reporting and removal
Every clip has a report button. We review reports quickly and remove content that harms a child or breaks the law. To ask us to remove something, write to support@reelstat.com.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app or by writing to support@reelstat.com. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents us.
Our responsibility
We provide Reelstat with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for lost profit if you use Reelstat for a business, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will tell account holders about changes that matter at least 30 days before they apply, and you can close your account if you do not agree.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep the consumer protections of your own country. Questions: support@reelstat.com.
