Children are private until a parent says otherwise.

Most players on Reelstat are children. We designed every part of the product around that.

  • Consent first.

A parent or guardian gives consent through a link from the club. Without it, the child counts only as a jersey number in team stats and their reel cannot be sold. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

  • Private by default.

No child's name or individual stats on public pages. The club chooses whether names appear at all, and parents can say no.

  • No face recognition.

Videos show the game as it was filmed, faces included. Players are found by the number on their shirt, never by their face.

  • No messages to children.

All messages go to parents and guardians. There is no private messaging between adults and children in the app.

  • Report and remove.

Every clip has a report button. Each club names a safeguarding contact.

  • Your data.

Stored in Europe (UK and EU). Game videos are deleted after 180 days. Delete a child's profile and it is gone within 30 days.

  • Checked by people.

Every game is reviewed by our team before families see it.
