Contact point for authorities and users
One address for EU and UK authorities and for everyone who uses Reelstat, under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the UK Online Safety Act: reports of illegal content, questions about a moderation decision and official requests.

- Email, for authorities and users

Last updated: October 26, 2026
Who can use this contact point
- Authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (DSA, Article 11).
- Ofcom and other UK authorities (Online Safety Act 2023).
- Anyone who uses Reelstat or sees content on it: parents, players, coaches, clubs and the public (DSA, Article 12).
Write to support@reelstat.com. The same address works for everyone; you need no account and no form.
Report illegal or harmful content
The quickest way is the Report button under every reel and on every match page. "This is my child" and "Safety concern about a child" hide the content for everyone at once while we check.
You can also email support@reelstat.com. So that we can act quickly, include:
- the exact web address (URL) of the reel or match page, or where you saw it in the app;
- why you think the content is illegal or harmful;
- your name and email address (not needed if you are reporting child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We confirm that we received it, decide carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and how to challenge it. No automated system decides on reports: a person reviews each one.
If a child is in danger
Call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 999 in the UK). Reelstat is not an emergency service.
If you see what may be child sexual abuse material, do not download, copy or share it, not even to report it. Use the Report button or send us the web address. We hide it at once, keep it for the authorities and report it to the police or the competent hotline (in the UK, the Internet Watch Foundation).
If we restrict your content
If we hide or remove a game, a reel or a match page that you or your club posted, or restrict your account, we email you a statement of reasons: what we did and how far it applies, the facts and the rule in our terms or the law we relied on, whether automated means were used, and how you can challenge the decision.
We only leave this out where a law or an authority's order does not allow us to tell you.
Challenge a decision
If you disagree with our decision on your report or on your content, reply to our email or write to support@reelstat.com with "Appeal" in the subject, within six months of the decision. It is free.
A person looks at it again, and we tell you the outcome and the reasons without undue delay. If we got it wrong, we restore the content or reverse the decision.
You can also go to court, or complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in your EU country. In the UK you can also tell Ofcom, the online safety regulator.
Orders and requests from authorities
Authorities can send orders to act against illegal content or to provide information (DSA, Articles 9 and 10) to support@reelstat.com with "DSA authority" in the subject. Tell us the legal basis, the content concerned (exact URLs) and a contact for questions. We confirm receipt and tell you, without undue delay, what we did and when.
Who we are
Reelstat is operated by MY TASK MASTER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16878946), registered office Flat 93 March Court, Warwick Drive, London, SW15 6LD. Our legal representative in the EU, if one is required, is being confirmed before launch.
Transparency
Once a year we publish how many reports and orders we received, what we did and how long it took. As a micro or small enterprise we are exempt from the full DSA transparency report (Article 15), but we publish this summary anyway.
