Coaches
The first game for every team is free. After that a game is €10. Packs and season prices are on the pricing page.
Families
A reel for one child and one game is €4.99. One purchase unlocks it for every guardian in the family. It is tied to your child, not just to the person who paid.
How to pay
On the website: Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, with one tap and your fingerprint or face. In the app the purchase goes through the App Store or Google Play, so the price shown there can be a little higher.
Receipts and failed payments
You get a receipt by email. If a payment fails, you can try again straight away. If your payment went through but the reel is still locked, wait a few minutes and then email support@reelstat.com.
Refunds
See "Something wrong? Fix or refund" for how refunds work.
