Privacy and consent
Children's privacy comes first. Everyone under 18 needs a guardian's yes.
What you agree to
The consent page says what is filmed, who sees your child's videos and stats (you, their coaches and anyone you share with), and what is public. You answer with plain choices and a clear yes or no.
What is private by default
- Only a first name is shown, or the club's stricter rule.
- Your child does not appear in public team highlights unless you switch that on.
- Public match pages show team results and highlights, with a child's moments only if a parent allowed it, and no individual stats.
- We never use face recognition. Players are found by jersey number.
- Opponents appear as a team, without names or individual stats.
Before consent arrives
Your child counts only as a jersey number in team stats, and is left out of highlights and sales.
Change your mind
Open Family, choose your child, then Privacy. Changes apply to new and existing clips. Withdrawing consent stops sales and hides your child's clips at once.
Report a problem
Use the Report option on any clip, reel or page. "This is my child and I did not agree" and "Safety concern" hide the content immediately while we look. We reply within 24 hours.
