Download a copy of your data
You can ask for a copy of your data at any time. It is free.
How to ask
Email privacy@reelstat.com from the address on your account. You can ask three times in 24 hours. We reply within one month.
What you get
A ZIP file with your account, your children's profiles and consents, stats, purchases and uploads in machine-readable files, plus the reels and clips of you and your children.
What is not in it
Other players, opponents, raw game video that shows other children, and card details. The file lists what was left out.
The link
We email a private link to your account address. It works for 7 days. Do not forward it: anyone with the link can download the file.
