Delete your account

How to delete

• Open the app and go to You, then Data & privacy.
• Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
• We email you a confirmation.

What happens

You are signed out at once and cannot sign in again. Your login, profile, team memberships, guardian links and notification settings are erased 30 days later.

What we keep

Payment records that the law requires us to keep, without your name. Consent records for children, which belong to their club.

Changed your mind?

Email support@reelstat.com within 30 days and we restore the account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings.

Delete a child's data

A guardian can ask us to delete a child's data. Consent is withdrawn at once, and the child's clips and reels are erased after 30 days. Team totals stay, without the child's name. Email support@reelstat.com to ask.
