Getting started as a club admin

1. Create the club

Choose "I run a club", sign in, then add the club name, crest and country. On the website you can add many teams at once from a CSV file and give coaches access by email.

2. Add teams and coaches

Each team has its own coach, roster and games. Coaches can start filming straight away. Their first game is free.

3. Name a safeguarding contact

The club names one safeguarding contact. It is required before you can turn on sales. This person is told when a family reports something about a child.

4. Turn on sales and get paid

Open the Sales tab and choose "Turn on sales". Then connect the club's bank account. This opens Stripe's secure form for the club details and the responsible person. Sales only include players whose family has agreed.
