Delete your Reelstat account

In the app

Open Reelstat and go to You → Data & privacy → Delete my account, then confirm.

This deletes the whole account, not just signs you out. A parent or guardian can delete a child's profile on its own in the same place.

Without the app

Email support@reelstat.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address or with the phone number linked to your Reelstat account.

We confirm the request with you, then delete the account. We reply within one month, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile.
• The child profiles you manage, your links to players and teams, and the clips and reels you own.
• The data is removed within 30 days; backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

• Team totals stay with the team, without your or your child's name.
• Game video belongs to the club that filmed it and stays with the club; raw game video is deleted 180 days after upload.
• Purchase records: kept for the period the law requires for tax and accounting.
• Consent records: kept for as long as we need to show that consent was given or withdrawn.
• Support emails: up to 12 months.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
